Stockholm Marathon 2019. Min femte mara på ett år. Tyvärr klarade bara ett av mina mål: Att komma i mål utan att bajsa på mig. Egentligen skulle jag ju komma in under 3.30 också.
Jag hade kramp i vaderna till och från andra halvan av loppet. Det pirrade till redan vid 16 kilometer. Jag brukar ALDRIG ha kramp. Bra mage och puls. Usla underben. Staplade in i mål på 3.33.14. Föll ihop skrikande med svår kramp på Östermalms IP. Fick hjälp av en funktionär. Nöjd trots allt. Nu ska jag bada badkar, dricka citronläsk, äta minst två pizzor och anmäla mig till fler lopp. Livskänslan är kraftigt förhöjd. Triumf!
